voice BPO SBU in August 2005 with 19 people
based out of Delhi and serving an inbound
process for a leading telecommunications
provider and quickly grew the business
manifold to cover a host of inbound and
outbound processes. Backed by high end
digital PABX systems -600 port, ISDN PRI
and BRI telephone lines, CTI integration
supporting dialers, voice loggers, Intel
Xeon based servers, SQL servers and manned
by a competent and trained workforce,
the division is the preferred vendor for
voice based processes (both inbound and
outbound).
